This could be a life changing decision because you might have to leave your current friends and family and replace them with ones that support your decision to quit. Having a support group or people around you hat support your decision is always extremely helpful. This support can come in many ways. Some of these are through ‘clean’ friends and family members. Local support groups that deal with addiction where you can meet people going through the same process as you are. Finding the necessary support is crucial for anyone trying to kick a habit especially if you are addicted to marijuana.

The last thing you should do is to rid yourself of any marijuana or drug paraphernalia that you might own or use. Since you have decided to quit, you need to get rid of the roach clips, bongs, pipes, or anything else you used while smoking weed.
