Our son had severe Eczema since he was a baby and it was definitely a result of many things. It was just so hard to figure out what! As a former weed smoker i am well aware of the difficulties you face when you are giving up. There are 2 massive changes that you will have to make if you really wish to quit smoking weed.

- Unfortunately the friends that you associate with your weed smoking are going to have to go. You are just making it harder on yourself, by hanging around other weed smokers.

- You’re going to have to stop doing the things you associate with smoking weed and replace them with new habits. e.g. You always played Xbox whenever you smoked pot. So if are to play the Xbox again, it is just a constant reminder of your “past”
